Activities Include (but are not limited to):
Meditation, sound bath, journaling, tarot fun, astrology update, stretching & light movement, psychic circle, information on light (light frequency, hormones, blue light,  vitamin D), gut health, digestion, supplements, and microbiome. 

Our information, tips, and tricks make it easy for you to enhance your spiritual, mental, and physical well-being in your daily life. 

What is Included

  • Lodging (3 nights)
    Most rooms are private; however, some are shared rooms. First-come, first serve. 
  • Cookware is available for you to use if needed. 
  • Breakfast foods (bagels, eggs, fruit, yogurt) & water, coffee, tea (sugars, creamers).
  • Dinners.
  • You are welcome to bring snacks to share. 
  • Shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels, laundry room. 
  • Fire pit and chairs. 
  • No alcohol allowed out of respect for all attending. 

 

What to Bring

  • Dress accordingly for the weather. Wear comfortable clothes. 
  • Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, body / face soap, etc.) 
  • Journal and pen
  • Blanket & pillow for meditation & sound bath (you can also bring a yoga mat, but not required) 
  • Eye mask
  • Lunch food or specialty food items you may need
  • Sacred Soup (I will explain in the confirmation email)
  • Beginners Tarot deck (if you have one)

Your non-refundable fee will be required to hold your spot.

*Everyone is expected to be respectful of the other guests, clean up after themselves, and bring any specialty items that you may want or need.

***If you are attending an overnight event:
While sleeping arrangements may differ with each event, the following will remain the same.

*Social drugs and alcohol are not permitted during our time together.

Will be provided:

  • Breakfast items (bagels, energy bars, yogurt, egg bites, fruit)
  • Snack (will vary – nuts, fruit, crackers, veggies, snack bars, beef jerky, cheese)
  • Soup (everyone will bring an item to contribute to the soup)
  • Water, coffee, tea
  • Dinner for 1 night

Bringing a shareable food item is not required, but you are welcome to do this.
