Welcome to the Large Group Meditation. During this session Anita will guide you through the meditation. You may experience visualizations, Aha moments, clarity or body/mind healing. She will gently guide you through this meditation as it rejuvenates, relaxes, restores and renews your energy, your body and mind. Essential oils, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks are used during the meditation for an enhanced healing experience. Bringing yourself to a neutral place in the mind allows the body and spirit to heal.
